A large house of unique shape with interiors inspired by Asian philosophy, built in 2022, comes with a land of 9.4 hectares.

A house of hexagon shape with an inner garden and a big pond full of koi carps in the middle. There are six large rooms – the kitchen and living room are fully open to the inner garden. The size of one room is 39 x 9.8 x 8.2 ft (12 x 3 x 2.5 m). The house stands on a hill and has the ecological form of air conditioning – nothing moulds here. Possibility of installing solar panels.

There are two driveways, easy accessibility without 4×4, space to build more houses, and fenced, separate pastures – the possibility of keeping cows, horses, or sheep.

The orchard includes more than 300 fruit trees and bushes – bananas, mangos, oranges, lemons, cacaos, coconuts, papayas, carambolas, zapotes, rambutans, guavas, mangosteens, medlars, moruses etc. And around 400 paulownias for wood (a big part planted in spring 2022).

The temperature in this area usually does not exceed 27°C and does not drop below 13°C.

The land is next to the main road – Ruta 10. Less than 14 km from the property is a gas station, and a few kilometres behind it is the newly built hospital William Allen Taylor – the largest and most modern in all of Central America. The nearest store is located 2 km far away in Chitaria village. The nearest restaurant is only 100 m away from the property. A bus stop is next to the property – the bus runs every hour or twice an hour at specific times. The nearest supermarket is 4.5 km away in Tres Equis town. The other one is in the opposite direction, 18 km away in Turrialba city – there are also banks, a court, elementary and high schools, stores, veterinarians, and restaurants, including McDonald’s. It is about 70 km from the centre of the capital city, San José. Caribbean beach, Playa Bonita, is 98 km far away, which is about 1 – 1.5 hours drive by car
